How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For estimated delivery times, please refer to our shipping policy.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please consult our return & refund policy for detailed information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled. Use this tracking number on the respective courier's website to monitor the status of your shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we do not support international shipping. We are working hard to expand our shipping in the future.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. For more details, read our return & refund policy

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

To update your shipping address, contact our customer support team promptly. Changes may be possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Do you offer gift cards?

Waterproof Backpacks

Are waterproof backpacks completely waterproof?

Yes, the backpacks are completely waterproof with the exception of the outside pocket, which is water resistant. Closing your backpack correctly (fold at least 3 times) secures the waterproof seal.

Can I use a waterproof backpack for everyday use, or is it specifically for outdoor activities?

Yes! You can use your Capla bag for anything you desire. Creativity is your limit.

Are there different sizes available for waterproof backpacks?

Currently we only offer one size of 35 liters.

Are the zippers on your waterproof backpacks also waterproof?

The outside pocket is water resistant. To ensure your belongings from water, please use the backpack main pocket.

Do your waterproof backpacks come with additional compartments for organization?

Yes! The backpack has one inside pocket and two mesh pockets for easy access to your belongings.

Hammocks

What is the weight capacity of your hammocks?

The total weight capacity is 500 pounds.

Does the hammock come with straps or do I need to purchase them separately?

No need to buy them separately, our hammocks include two strong straps.

What is the material of your hammocks, and is it durable?

They are made from Nylon 210T, a strong, breathable and lightweight material that is easy to dry.

Do you offer hammocks in different sizes or only one standard size?

Our hammocks are one size.

Are the hammocks lightweight and portable for backpacking or camping trips?

Yes, they only weight 1.86 pounds.

Toiletry Bags

Are the toiletry bags waterproof or water-resistant?

Our toiletry bags are not waterproof or water resistant.

How many compartments or pockets does the toiletry bag have?

The toiletry bag unfolds into three main compartments with a hook on top. It has a total of 6 pockets.

What are the dimensions of the toiletry bag? Will it fit standard-sized toiletries?

The toiletry bag measures 9 inches x 6 inches x 3.5 inches. It will fit any toiletry that is under the mentioned measurements.

Is the toiletry bag compact and collapsible when not in use?

Yes! The toiletry bag unflods and folds back into one single unit.

Are there any special features or design elements that make the toiletry bag stand out?

Our toiletry bag includes a top hook, three compartments that makes it very suitable for camping and outdoor/traveling activities and a external handle for easy carrying.
